William Rodrigues
Managing Director
Mr. William Rodrigues, the visionary founder of the company, began his career in 1993 at Southern Travels, where he started as an office boy and rising to the role of Manager. In addition to providing vehicles for inbound clients, he also served as a guide and airport representative for principal agents, gaining extensive industry experience. In 1995, he joined Travel Link, where he revolutionized destination management services by implementing uniform standards for chauffeurs, ensuring clean vehicles, and mandating English communication skills for all inbound clients. Within a year, Travel Link emerged as a leading company in Kerala.
In 1998, with five years of industry experience, Mr. Rodrigues founded M/S Richy Tours and Travels, which later became Coastline Holidays Pvt Ltd. He introduced innovative practices, including attitude training for chauffeurs and an award ceremony to recognize top performers. As one of the first agents from Kerala to manage destination services for the domestic market, his adept handling of sub-contracting and client feedback greatly enhanced the company’s reputation. Today, Coastline Holidays Pvt Ltd stands as a leading destination management company in Kerala.
Mr. Rodrigues oversees B2C business across India and various outbound destinations, and manages MICE operations. He also serves as Secretary of the All India Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI). In recognition of his exceptional contributions as a business leader and entrepreneur, he was honored with the “Pride of Kerala 2023” award by INSPIRE LIFE MAGAZINE, a prestigious celebrity, fashion, and lifestyle publication, on December 31, 2023, at the Lulu Marriott Hotel.
Maria Rodrigues
Executive Director
Mrs. Maria Rodrigues joined Coastline Holidays in 2000 and married William Rodrigues in 2001. She brings a wealth of expertise to the company, excelling in agent management and operations oversight. Mrs. Rodrigues is responsible for Sales and Marketing in key domestic markets such as Mumbai, Gujarat, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. She also manages Finance and Accounts.
In addition to her pivotal role at Coastline Holidays Pvt Ltd, Mrs. Rodrigues oversees Coastline Holidays, a separate proprietorship firm. She handles a diverse fleet of vehicles, including Sedans, Innova Crystas, Kia Carrens, 9, 10, and 17-seater Tempo Travellers, as well as 18, 26, 35, 40, and 45-seater Pushback coaches. Her role includes managing vehicles and chauffeurs, coordinating overflow bookings, and overseeing the B2B business for agents nationwide. The company specializes in serving the B2B market and providing top-notch services to agents across India.
Mrs. Rodrigues is widely respected as a consummate professional and has earned the trust and commendation of numerous agents and she is known for her dedication , efficiency and approachable demeanor . She is also an esteemed Committee Member of the Kerala Travel Society (2023-25) and the Tourism Professionals Club (2024-25). Her active participation in various industry associations, including the All India Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Kerala Travel Mart (KTM), Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI), Association of Tourism Trade Organisations India (ATTOI), and Tourism Professionals Club (TPC), highlights her commitment to the travel industry and her esteemed position within the tourism community.

Jennifer Nicole Rodrigues

Miss Jennifer Rodrigues is the eldest daughter of William and Maria Rodrigues, has an impressive academic background and a vibrant professional career. She completed her Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) at Sacred Heart College in Thevara, Cochin, and furthered her education with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Manipal University.
In her professional role, Jennifer excels in managing digital marketing and online promotions. Her expertise also extends to web development, where she applies her technical skills to enhance online platforms. Additionally, she frequently oversees MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations, demonstrating her versatility and leadership in various domains.
Jennifer is known for her energetic and dynamic approach to work. Her positive attitude and active engagement in all her endeavors make her a valuable asset in any team or project she undertakes.
Catherine Ellison Rodrigues
Director – Sales and Marketing
Miss Catherine Rodrigues the younger daughter of William and Maria Rodrigues, has a robust academic background in Communication and Journalism. She plays a crucial role in the company by overseeing the sales and marketing departments, where her strategic insights and innovative approaches significantly contribute to business growth.
Catherine also excels in managing public relations, frequently engaging with delegates to foster positive relationships and uphold the company’s reputation. In addition, she provides valuable support in organizing and managing group travel and cruise movements, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for all clients.
Her pleasing personality, combined with her cheerful and energetic demeanor, makes her a delight to work with. Catherine’s excellent listening skills enable her to understand and anticipate customers’ needs effectively. She is particularly adept at handling customer complaints, resolving issues with a smart, calm, and amicable approach. This ability to address concerns efficiently and satisfactorily highlights her dedication to customer satisfaction and her exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
